KOULAND Technology is an on-demand, in-home tech support service provided by our fully-vetted and background checked team of technicians. KOULAND Technology provides also an IT Support for Small Businesses. In addition to a complete range of in-home tech installation and support services, we also offer KOULAND Technology Now Online Support for issues that can be resolved remotely. We’re making technology in the home simple.

KOULAND Technology is available in those cities listed in  OKLAHOMA ( Collinsville, Bartlesville, Tulsa, Sand Spring,  Bixby, Coweta, Wagoner, Owasso, Claremore, Pryor, Adair, Locust Grove, Broken arrow, Jenks, Catoosa, Skiatook, Oklahoma city). We service most of the cities in Oklahoma. If you’re requesting service in a city that hasn’t been listed above, please contact us to see if we can service your area.

Yes! Just Contact us to setup a tech support plans. It’s available and include both in-home and unlimited remote support.

We guarantee our service for 30 days. If you have a problem with any work performed, simply contact Support and we’ll send another tech out at your convenience. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you’re not 100% happy, we’ll do whatever it takes to make it right.

We would tell them to look to establish a friendship with whomever it is you will give your business to. Make sure that they are responsive to your phone calls and emails. There is nothing more frustrating than working with a contractor that you can’t ever seem to reach. We realize this and work hard to ensure that you feel like our only customer. And while we realize that this is a business agreement we want to take stress and tension out of the equation and build a friendship throughout the process.

You may cancel a confirmed appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment. If you fail to cancel at least 3 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time, you will be charged in full for your scheduled service.

You may reschedule a confirmed appointment up to 3 hours prior to the appointment time. A $25 service fee will be applied to appointments rescheduled within 3 hours of the appointment time.

We pay our technicians for cancelled and rescheduled appointments so we appreciate your understanding. Fees apply to in-home services only. Please visit our cancellation & rescheduling policy page for more details.

First, select the service you need from the home page. Provide a few details about your issue and the location where you need service. You’ll then select a convenient date and time for your appointment and place your order. Once we receive your request, we’ll immediately start looking for just the right tech. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your appointment is confirmed. If you don’t receive a confirmation email 2 hours prior to your preferred time, please contact us right away.

We can accommodate some requests, but please remember that our techs are experts in specific areas. To ensure the best and most efficient service possible, we match you with the most qualified tech for your issue. That may or may not be your previous tech. This option is available for services that can be performed remotely. It’s great for more time-consuming services like virus removals and computer tune-ups. You can get support right away and we’re available 24/7. When you’re ready to begin, one of our techs will log into your computer to perform your service while you watch the magic happen right before your eyes. Remote services are discounted so not only is it convenient, it saves you cash! If the service you need can be performed remotely, you’ll see the option to select KOULAND Tech Now! When requesting your service, you’ll provide your availability and the Tech will arrive on given schedule. If techs are running behind then we will call and confirm it with you.  You’ll receive a confirmation email which will include your appointment date and time. That’s when your tech will arrive.

KOULAND Technology Techs come from a variety of backgrounds. They range from full-time tech support professionals to college students looking to make some extra cash. Rest assured, we hand select our techs and only after they have been vetted and demonstrate their knowledge through a series of skills assessments will we send them to your home.

Each and every tech undergoes a complete background check to ensure your safety.

If you need additional service on an existing order, your tech will let our support team know. If you need a new service, you can book online or by phone. Please don’t contact your tech directly to book an appointment or make a payment. The KOULAND Technology Guarantee and any warranties only apply to services booked through our system. Additionally, any services arranged directly between you and your tech are not covered by our insurance policy.

We offer a fixed base price for each service. Additional charges for extras are offered for some services. You’ll receive an exact quote during booking.

No, (please do not provide payment to your tech unless we tell you to do it. Provide payment to tech is for customers who doesn’t have credit card, debit card and just have cash or check). Payment will be applied to your credit or debit card on file. We normally do NOT accept any other forms of payment such as cash or check. But we do approve receive those forms of payment for only customers who doesn’t have credit or debit card. we have to approve first and it has to be mentioned in the work order.

You’ll be asked to provide a credit or debit card when you request your first service. When your service is complete, your tech will ask you sign to acknowledge the successful completion of the job. We’ll then charge the payment method you provided. If your tech was unable to complete the service for any reason, they’ll inform us and support will be in touch to discuss the options. If you are not satisfied with your service, please don’t sign off as you will be charged at that time. Our Support specialists will be on touch to find out how we can ensure your satisfaction.
